The interview was smooth, they scheduled 4 rounds :
HR Call --> Lead Data Scientist --> Principal Data Scientist --> culture fit team
It was not hard, particularly asking on how KYC process can be improved using computer vision. At the end, they asked for 3 references letter.
The process was lengthy. But, I feel that the HR will only contact you if you get in to the next round (they can contact within a few hours to a day or so) - otherwise ghosting may happens.
I'm still deciding whether to accept the offer.

Candidate experience is bad - there’s no clear communication from the team on next steps, the team doesn’t not care to follow up to share clearly what to expect during the interview. There seems to be a huge sell on the team culture but through this experience, it’s very questionable. The team is unaware of what they are looking for. Highly disappointing seeing as a recruiting team should focus on candidate engagement and excellence.
