Interview
They don't post online, at least not back then. They put a sign up (which is up perpetually throughout the year, as the turn over rate is unbelievable. You can call, at that point you will be directed to bring your resume in. You will hand your resume into a surly office worker who will alert the manager and the manager will set up an interview. The interview consists of a number of conversational questions standard for a childcare position. Such as, what is your teaching philosophy, how would you discipline a difficult child, etc.
