Application process a bit convoluted. Could not get any info on jobs (e.g., teaching hours) without starting an application. That made it hard to decide if it was even a potential good fit for me, and vice versa before investing time and energy.

Online interview. Relevant experience; demo of teaching. You use their curriculum to do a demo lesson. You can do it live or submit a vid. (They look for animation in their teachers and a clean, non distracting presentation space / background.
