Simple interview process. You go through two Mock Classes that are moderately difficult. I've applied twice. The first time I was told I didn't get the job then they emailed me a week later giving me another chance. I never received feedback from that not was I told I didn't get the job. I believe I got lost in vipkid cyberspace. I finally contacted them via Facebook and was told I could reapply with a new email. I did. I had the EXACT same classes to teach as the first time and was given very contradicting feedback by this group of mentors. Waiting to hear back from them. Not expecting anything positive.
