3 separate interviews, the last 2 were video 1-1 interviews with a questionnaire and mock-classes. Be prepared for the mock-classes with props and lots of energy and enthusiasm. Don't forget to smile and ask at least one question at the end to interviewer.

Question 1
How will you approach your first-time students who know little English?
Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.
Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand
It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
