I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at VIPKid in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview itself was not difficult but a little bit awkward. I passed the interview. I received feedback for failing a certification class that I hadn't even taken yet! The feedback was very detailed and descriptive (and included my name)... yet I hadn't even signed up for a slot. I found this odd and in the end, it turned me away from continuing. I decided to move forward with a different company.

I interviewed at VIPKid (London, England)
Interview
Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.
Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand
It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
