Lengthy, it has been shortened since I interviewed and applied. You interview with people all over the world, some teachers who have taken on new roles, some people are at the corporate office in Beijing.

Asked about your background in teaching, if you are a native English speaker and if you have the proper laptop, software and technology to be a teacher.

Interview
They grill you over the coals and then spit you out after you've been properly humiliated going through their mock classroom exercises. But if you can make little caricatures with your hands and act like a silly clown, I guess you might have a chance.
