First step is a mock class no more than 3 minutes. Second step they will provide you with the lesson slide and an example class so you can do your live mock class with an experienced VIPKID tutor. If you pass your mock class you will go into orientation so you can know the basics, the hiring process is based on your pace, just be yourself and have fun!

Question 1
No interview questions, however they do want to see if you can apply their basic principals in a mock class such as TPR (total physical response), being energetic, use of flash cards, decorated background, positive feedback, reward systems, etc.
