Interview
It was a group interview where everyone would gather and they'd call upon us, 2 people at a time interviewing once separately between 2 of the heads of VIPeople.
It's entry level, all you have to do firstly is SMILE and have a good attitude, as well as show willingness to work, great communication/interpersonal skills, and adaptability & problem solving skills. Skills in more than one language are helpful too as they dispatch staff and various events around the state.
In person small group interview with one supervisor and three other candidates. All were ultimately recruited . Taken into a separate area together; only short answers were required. Lasted maximum 15 minutes.
