After Vitec received my CV, we scheduled a 1 hour interview on a video call. This was introductory and I was asked about my experience by the team lead. The HR worker also attended the meeting. The wanted to continue the process so we scheduled an interview in their site. I arrived to VITEC office in Herzliya, scheduled 30 minutes interview with HR, and 60 minutes interview with the team lead and a senior developer. Nice people, although they were late because a different meeting was not coordinated well with my interviews. I thought I answered the questions well. The HR did not care enough to notice I did not pass the interviews. I called her for the HR for the first time one week after the interview, she said they have no answers yet. I called again two weeks from the interview, and she said the I should wait for her to call. A whole month since the interview passed so I called her and she said they moved with more experienced people. I usually do not care much, but leaving a candidate unnoticed is insulting, after meeting for an interview at the site.
