VLG Marketing interview questions

15 minute phone screening – about a week after I submitted an application 30 minute follow up phone interview with creative director 2 hour interview at company office with executives Offer (which I did not receive)

Casual and very laid back. Was called by account team leader to set up an interview and talk. During the interview met with potential team and upper management, then was treated to lunch with a group of coworkers. It took a few hours, but everyone was really welcoming. The scariest part was meeting with the CEO. I was not expecting it but I after I started it made sense because it's a small company so I see him every day.
