I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at VMware (Broomfield, CO) in Oct 2015
Interview
The process consisted of a phone interview followed by a quick baseline test online. Afterward, I was contacted and asked to come onsite to go through an in person interview. This was done by two technical team members followed by two managers. The experience was very friendly and casual while still being professional. I really appreciated the fact that they were trying to get to know me personally rather than just coldly going through a set of questions. It was a very welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at ease to demonstrate my knowledge and passions without being nervous.
