I applied online. I interviewed at VMware (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2020
Interview
The first round of interviews was a questionnaire on a word document, they were pretty simple questions, nothing too crazy. The recruiter was nice enough to tell me that the company chose to go ahead with other candidates, but she did refer me to 2 other positions that she thought i was fit for.

Interview
Two rounds, simple to mid leetcode. interviewees are nice, they also would ask some basic cs questions like multi-tread, docker experience. They didn't give me too much feedback during the interview. So not sure the reason why I didn't get the offer although I output all questions.
