Interview
Hi folks, the hiring process comprised of some 4-5 rounds and the no. of rounds varied for different candidates. The first round is a written test with 10 codes (snippets) to answer and 15-20 mathematical aptitude problems. The second round - a F2F tech interview - comprised of technical questions from the core subjects of IT, about me and my projects. I was also tested on my knowledge about the latest technologies. The third round was again a F2F interview - this time with some puzzles and aptitude questions to solve, then queries about my extra-curricular activities, my special interests, discussion about my answers in the first round, etc. The fourth round was the HR interview - Tell me about yourself - Interests - Clarifications about the company's work culture..More or less a formality round!
