Was contacted for the Sr web developer position at Zimbra. Intial round of phone screen followed by 3 more phone interviews. The team was very knowledgible and seemed very enthusiastic about the work and the impact. Though the feedback was positive, missed out on the offer. I would say just be yourself and learn as much as you can about the project. demonstrate real interest in the work they are doing as in exploring the products, thinking through how internals work, etc

First round will be screening test. They gave the mockup to convert to HTML, CSS and JS. Second round will be technical round. It will be more on Javascript and jQuery. Third round will be jQuery written test and there will be five puzzles. jQuery will be 20 questions and you have write.
