I went through a series of interviews within the governmental segment of VMware. I interviewed with HR initially, then was passed on to who would be my boss that looks over about 10 TAMS. Next, I interviewed with 2 other TAMs, a sales person and had an interview to determine my knowlege of the VMware line of products. I then had a presentation to give on a topic. I had about a week to prepare for the presentation, which definitely took some time to assemble. In the end I did not get the job as the person selected had about 10 years experience working at a Gov't agency the position would actually be supporting. However, overall it was a good experience and very professional.
