First, I applied via AngelList and got a call from a recruiter named Katy, who was absolutely wonderful to speak with! She was very kind and encouraging throughout the entire process. I then was connected the mobile lead, who was also kind and gave me very helpful feedback from my interview with him - which helped me for my next round. My next round was more technical for the iOS position, but it helped that he was enthusiastic and understanding throughout the phone call - it made the call more of an interesting conversation about iOS dev and relieved me of any pre-interview anxiety! Finally, I had a video call with the company's CTO, also super positive throughout the conversation, who informed me of the company's values and goals. Overall, I had a terrific experience interviewing with VSCO and learned a lot throughout the process! I'm excited to join the family this summer! :)
