I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at VXI Global Solutions (Memphis, TN) in Feb 2025
Interview
It can be a long day of sitting in a Zoom with other people filling out lots of paperwork and doing job assessments. The actual interview itself was fast but mine got scheduled for a different day.
They text you a zoom link the night before you join instead of emailing it to you. They also expect you to use a computer rather than your phone. Then you spend who knows how long waiting to be let into a zoom meeting. I once spent over an hour outside it without any indication I'm going to be let in. I tried to contact anyone at this company, but you can't get any response calling or emailing them. After being let in, they spend hours either putting a video on loop or rambling on before ushering you into a breakout room where they have you fill things out that you could have filled out prior. After a few more hours, they send you to another breakout room where they test your internet speed, typing speed, ask a multiple choice quiz, and then test your technical knowledge. Something they don't mention is that the technical knowledge is maybe 15 questions and only one take. God help you if you get more than 3 questions wrong because they'll just outright reject you and send you off. This is a process that could mostly be done at home and maybe take an hour out of your day. I spent TWO HOURS in this room because they rely entirely on one person to manage everything. There's zero reason things have to be the way they are at this company, and the way they force you to do this is abusive.

Interview
The hiring process is long and often unorganized. The process can take weeks and take two full days to complete. However, they are lenient if you have something come up.
