Just like a normal interview with typical questions. Used the STAR format it worked well . No surprises all good and totally fine. Experience was the main focus. I concentrated on that and past internships
I had a phone interview with a recruiter to learn more about the role and company in general. This was basically a culture portion of the interview process. Then met with hiring manager, followed by meeting the team members.

Two separate interviews - the first with the department head in person, the second with HR on the phone. No drug test, presumably since the company was founded in Oregon, but also because it's an inherently casual environment. Check out the office while you're there...the open plan isn't for everyone.
