Vagabond Cruise interview questions

Nothing crazy. Mostly questions about guest experience. They expect you to be conversive during the whole process. I would recommend anyone who is trying to work there to be as social as possible. Vagabond is a relatively small company that is family owned, so being genuine goes a long way.

Applied online and received an email to schedule a phone interview about 3 weeks later. Interviewer was very friendly and explained the position and it's responsibilities. Phone call was about 15 minutes long and received an offer at the end of it. Was then sent an acceptance package about a week later.
