Simple interview process with only two steps, prescreen and standard interview. Just asked about sales experience, ski experience, and local knowledge of the area. Everything was cordial and pretty standard.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Vail Resorts (Vail, CO) in Aug 2015
Interview
It was relatively painless as far as interviews go, the hiring manager used a cheat sheet to ask questions which are standard for most interviews. He actually didn't ask some of the more difficult questions that are often asked. I have been through some tough interviews with major employers this one was no problem, however I wouldn't say that the manager did a good job as he didn't really learn much about me or why I wanted the position nor whether I'd be any good at it.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vail Resorts (Keystone, CO) in Sept 2012
Interview
just applied on Vail resorts.com, got a call from a girl who recommend what job I should apply for. Got a call from a manager later that week, had 2 face to face interviews and was given a starting date
