There are three rounds of interview. First round is a pre-screening interview conducted over the phone by HR rep. The second round is a behavioural interview again conducted over the phone by HR rep. The third round is a technical interview conducted by the hiring manger over the phone or on site

A few basic behavioral questions. No technical discussion at all. Was extremely chill and the interviewers mostly talked about their careers. Screening interview from hr just confirmed absolute basics of what was already listed on my resume

The interview was over the phone due to COVID with port colborne refinery. The HR interviewer and manager asked 8 questions in total. (5 behavioural and 3 technical). Overall the interview was process took an hour.
