The process was quick and the interviewers were really nice people. They asked questions that were normal for an interview and relevant to the post I was applying for. Pity I did not make it.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Valenture Institute (Cape Town) in Mar 2022
Interview
Excessively long, impersonal and automated.
Step 1: logic/language test. Computer froze and was unable to answer anything. Emailed them to ask for a retry but somehow got an email 1 hour later that I was through to the next round. 24 hours to do it.
Step 2: 1 way video interview of 10 questions. 24 hours to do it. Also got through to the next round within 1 hour of completion, hence it felt automated.
Step 3: competency test that took almost an entire day to complete and had to be submitted within 24 hours of the previous email. Unrealistic time frame for anyone who works while on a job hunt.
After all of this recieved a standardized rejection email.
