The process was very straightforward. The interview was done with the manager, an technical expert and HR all together. Checking the technical background, the fit for the role and the real interest

Interview
The process was very straight forward. HR contact to book the interview. The interview was made with HR, the Test Tools Manager and a Senior Expert all together, but leaded by the area manager.
An additional interview could be done.... But it wasn't required.
After passing this phase, the asked some referrals from the previous companies... As far as I understand the they were contact by email to fill some forms.
Next was the offer.
