Valero Instrument Engineer interview questions

An easy phone interview which led to an in person interview with a panel of people. Asked the typical behavioral type interview questions about overcoming difficult scenarios. A few technical questions at the end. I then didnt hear anything for a while until randomly I was told about a third interview over the phone with the specialist. Then silence from the company again. I found out through someone else that the position was filled.
