Interview was a 3 step process starting with a panel interview with the hiring manager and a few other managers in the team. This is pretty much the vetting process where they are able to break down the number of candidates Second interview is with the contractor heads or who we will be working with to ensure we meet their needs. From what I observed, it is more of a character analysis to make sure we are able to mesh and adapt to their team. Final interview was with the hiring manager to discuss terms. Long process but with the number of contracts the have to fill, it makes sense.
