3-5 Interviews, mostly simple questions about experience. Not stressful at all. They want to work with people they like. Lots of nepotism and friendship hires. There is a personality test which they rely on way too much from some outside firm. The test is easy enough and they tell you to be yourself on the test, but the questions are easy enough to depict what they want to see. For the most part, they currently seem to be looking for engineers to do sales roles (they are definitely sales roles despite what they may say), which is a questionable tactic.
