The actual interview scheduling was professionally done by the Recruiter; however, the interview itself was not well done. The two people who conducted the interview were not at all personable, didn't really seem to know what they were doing and the interview questions were stale and completely un-original. In other words, there seemed to be very little thought put into the process and, as the candidate, I felt like the two people conducting the interview were just interested in checking the chore off their to-do lists, as opposed to truly screening for the best candidate. Some of the questions were so overly-broad that they didn't make much sense. One of the individuals who conducted the interview seemed completed disinterested in me from the beginning of the interview. After the interview, I was not at all interested in the job.
