I applied in-person. I interviewed at Valley Protective Services (Tucson, AZ)
Interview
It was brief. You could show up in shorts and they would still hire you. Unprofessional hiring process. They wouldn't honestly hire anyone that comes in because they have a high quiting rate.
Filled out a packet of employment and a sample senerio questionnaire then waited for an interview. Upon being interviewed, if you have a current guard card, transportation, cell phone and canwork nights you will be given a job with Valley Protective Services.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Valley Protective Services (Chandler, AZ) in Oct 2013
Interview
If you will pay for the initial training they will hire you. I wore my suit, they hired me. They also hired the guy that came in in a muscle shirt and coerced the secretary into giving him her lunch. They don't ask any questions you could really get wrong. You pay for training in cash and then they email you your schedule. Josh is mostly a good guy, ask him any questions you have after the training.
