Professional yet relaxed. It was great to hear realistic logistics regarding the unit, and to know that authenticity is accepted on the unit as well. It was great to get to know the manager, and I look forward to hearing from them!

What is your why? Why do you want to work in this space?
They have a recruiter call you before the actual interview beforehand. This is to make sure you’re okay with their pay and to explain what region you will be working in as well.

It was about the pay. It was asking about a certain percentage being taken off / toward retirement fund and the company matching it.
