Met with two members of senior management. They were very cordial and open. HR representative was equally friendly. Decision was made within a few days.

Four-Hour Two-stage interview the first phase was Questions and Answers that pertained to Quality Principles, Gage/Gauge R&R, special process document review, best practices and safety to name a few; the second phase consisted of a hands on measurement using calibrated instruments and standards on finish machined and in-process product. “Bring your safety shoes to the interview!”
