Valve Research & Manufacturing interview questions

Very straight forward interview. We discussed the companies needs and compared them to my qualifications/experience. The majority of the interview took place on the factory floor. This is the correct way to see if the candidate has the experience needed to excel in the position. No time wasted on those "corporate questions" that are suppose to determine the candidates thinking approach i.e. How many ping pong balls fit inside of a jet.
