You need to be re-interviewed for a promotion to Senior Technician. During, and before the interview they teach you to always put the company first over your co-workers and customers.
Super easy, and got a call back just a few days after I applied. The recruiter was extreme efficient in giving the tools I needed to make the interview process easier.
