I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Van Ness Feldman (Washington, DC) in Oct 2025
Interview
I applied on the VNF website. They reached out to me and set up a 30 min phone screen. Next step was a 45 min Teams Meeting (lasted about 1 hour). I was then asked to come onsite for a panel interviews for 2.5 hours (lasted more than 3 hours). It cost $20+ to park in the garage in their building. I was informed when the interview was over they don't validate. It's been a month since my onsite interview, no updates, disposition email, etc.
I rated the interview as "difficult" because I was interviewed for over 3 hours. I had 2 panel interviews. The first one last 1.5 hours with two employees from the HR Team. They went back and forth with questions. The second panel interview lasted about an hour, it was with 3 "operations" employees, round robin style. Not too much small talk. 90% of the questions were written down before the interview started.
Screener interview with Human Resources Director and associate, then panel interview after if they clear you after the interview. The screener was laid back and they were both very friendly.
