I had confident hopes for this firm but unfortunately another one bites the dust as their recruiters are prone to ghost candidates during the process. Ghosting is a common trend in the job market that needs to be eliminated if not severely mitigated. I reached out to them personally regarding interest in a role and was paired within days with one of their colleagues. We had a few back and forth phone conversations designed to anchor my interest in the role their client was hiring for. Suddenly, everything went quiet and I hadn't heard back since.
