I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vanguard Charitable Endowment
Interview
Phone interview via a third party that was pretty basic. Then a phone interview with VC to see if would work. The process was delayed bc of a third party manager. In perso interview was pretty standard though imo a bit misleading about the role. I wish I had asked more questions about training and expectations. The job didn't match the role. Also, be prepared to do an on the spot writing sample.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Vanguard Charitable Endowment
Interview
Quick turnaround, friendly, encouraged by many female leaders in the organization, incredibly warm team to interview with, not highly formal in a good way! They had an answer the same day as my interview! Unheard of in the often murky interview process.
