I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vaniday Global Services
Interview
CV screening and then one-hour interview, not so much fit problem; instead, it's a case demo to show the BD skills
But one bad thing is that they told me the result 3 weeks after the interview
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A case given to persuade clients and some questions related to the different clients in different areas, such as, how to persuade clients whose service already developed well
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vaniday Global Services (Singapore) in Jun 2015
Interview
It might be the weirdest interview yet.
1) Got an email at 3pm, telling me to go down for an interview at 8pm located in a remote area. This was the first warning sign, but I accepted anyway since I was desperate for a job.
2) Reached the office at 7.50pm, rang the bell a couple of times yet no one shows up. I started to panic, as it was located in a dark and creepy building. It took 10 minutes later, for a half sleep guy to open to door. He was obviously irritated since I woke him up from his nap and it seems like he has forgotten about me.
3) We precede the interview with general questions and he told me he wanted someone with more experience, so obviously, I didn't get the job. Ironically, I applied for an internship yet I am required to have experience.
Moral of the story, do not go to an interview late at night. Your interviewer might even have forgotten that you exist. On the side note, this incident gave me a little taste of what cultural shock is since my half awake interviewer was Caucasian from another country while I am Asian (he was a little rude to me in my perceptive).
