Interview with the hiring manager was super casual and seemed to go great, they even said I could be a good fit. Then they ghosted me, even after two follow-up emails later, never got a word.

Applied online, week or two had a call with a recruiter. Had a call with some sort of lead on a project telling me specifics of the role. They were looking for something specific wasn't a good fit. Told I was put in for the role I was more interested in but didn't hear back.
