Interview
The only way to apply to the stores is through the online website. If you are chosen, you will be called by one of the managers (usually the store manager). The interviews are group interviews (about 2 or 3 people, depending on how many they choose at that time). They will call you regardless of whether or not they will hire you, so that gets rid of some of the dreaded waiting/wondering.
Group interview with atleast 10 others. Maybe about 30 minutes. Best to tell stories of customer experience for answers to better highlight self. It was about 10 questions long with two store managers.

me llamaron al día siguiente de tirar el CV e hice la entrevista donde al mismo día me llamaron. la entrevista fue alrededor de 20 minutos donde explican lo que desean de ti y tu explicas lo que sientes y te describen el puesto además de conocerte como persona
This interview consisted of a phone call and in person interview which was 30 minutes with the store manager in the location. This was an easy interview which was a basic retail interview
