Interview
Group interview with 3 other people. Went around asking very basic "what do you know about Vans" questions. Had a few "what would you do in this situation" questions too. They also asked a few basic questions just to get to know us.

What year was Vans started? What was the first shoe they created? What shoe was created from that to be used for skating?
Group interview with atleast 10 others. Maybe about 30 minutes. Best to tell stories of customer experience for answers to better highlight self. It was about 10 questions long with two store managers.

me llamaron al día siguiente de tirar el CV e hice la entrevista donde al mismo día me llamaron. la entrevista fue alrededor de 20 minutos donde explican lo que desean de ti y tu explicas lo que sientes y te describen el puesto además de conocerte como persona
This interview consisted of a phone call and in person interview which was 30 minutes with the store manager in the location. This was an easy interview which was a basic retail interview
