Very lengthy interview process, as to be expected with a General Manager role. Consisted of 4 interviews. Phone interview with District Manager, phone interview with the District Manager's partner, phone interview with Regional Manager, face to face interview with District Manager. Background check before job offer.Whole process took about 3 weeks.
