The interview process started with a phone screen with a recruiter. Then there were video interviews with the hiring manager and team members. After the video interviews, I was ghosted with no feedback or response to follow ups.

Asked to walk through examples of working cross-functionally, measuring the success of marketing initiatives, etc
Standard for the most part. Recruiter call, hiring manager call, panel interview (analytics, values), then a case study/mini project presentation. Values interview is about how you would approach certain scenarios in the workplace.
The mini project was to choose a company type from a list then create a marketing strategy based on a few assumptions.
