Take simple interview process and it's effective. The recruiter was kind and helpful to walk you through the process and keep you posted on the next step of the interview. The interviewer team was comprehensive board with broad questions from technical to social skills to make sure it is a good fit.

Straight to the point. In the area, it's who you know, and not what you can do. When you get to an interview, it's just a formality. They just want to meet you and see if you know how to speak words and say "yes"

Met with HR and hiring manager. They gave an overview of the company and explained the job details, benefits, and goals of the position. I was shown a powerpoint presentation of the company growth, locations, and who's who in the different centers.
