Interview
I applied for the job online, it took less then 5 minutes. Three days later I received an invitation for interview. I picked a time and day that worked for me, and was told that I would have a 20 minute interview during this one hour slot. I received a call right on time for this interview. I was asked a few questions and then asked what subjects I wanted to tutor. I was also asked my availability . At the end of the interview I was told I passed and would be granted a second interview. My second interview was scheduled for the next day. The second interview was on their varsity internet platform. I was asked to describe my teaching style, what grades I was comfortable with, some scenario questions, and lastly I had to do a mini sample tutoring session,
You are sent a link to an online video interview. They ask you about previous tutoring experience and the last question was asking you to do a mock-tutoring session. It's very awkward because you have to make up what you want to teach on the spot, but you get unlimited time to think of responses.

AI Interview, very easy. Asked very basic question's regarding experience, motivation, etc. I’m a freshman student in UMD and so I haven’t been to many job interviews, but this was genuinely easy.
