My credentials were evaluated and then I had an online interview. I was asked several questions regarding my experience and I had to explain at length how I would approach teaching and what my education philosophy was.

Question 1
They asked me about my experience teaching Spanish as a Second or Other language.
I applied online and then they set up an interview with me. The interviewer's questions were straightforward and I also got to ask questions about the job. There was clear follow up on the next steps in the interview process.

Interview
The interview is performed in online/ remote setting.
You have to record yourself and you are given two tries to answer few questions asked.
There is a practice question to get you going.
There was no interview process. We just got offer letters and I think its because they are still starting and up and all. But I think its a great opportunity to learn and teach.
