This company is misleading. They provide you a contract to sign once you log into the website during the interview process which can lead you to believe you are hired. On the contrary, you are not and can still be sent a form email that dismisses you from the hiring process. Very deceptive. Even the friendly voices over the phone do not mean anything necessarily. My experience with this company was absolutely abysmal, a ruse, and a sobering experience. Would NOT recommend.

You are sent a link to an online video interview. They ask you about previous tutoring experience and the last question was asking you to do a mock-tutoring session. It's very awkward because you have to make up what you want to teach on the spot, but you get unlimited time to think of responses.
