I think it's a very good comapny to work for. Small, but fast growing, very energetic and open-minded Management. There were 2 interviews with Sales Director and Export Manager and 3rd one with the company owner (I didn't get to that stage unfortunately). Questions were fairly easy and general so you can really easy "sell: yourself. Interviewers asked very straightforward questions.
