Vector Marketing Interview Questions

Terrible hiring manager. They wasted my time for nothing. The people were disorganized with who I was interviewing with ahead of time (changed there name 3 times), the hiring manager never let me know the time they were going to interview me, and the hiring manager never actually interviewed me. The hiring manager lied about the interview being at 6 pm yesterday (after they called me out of nowhere Tuesday), and when I responded 2 hours later about how they never interviewed me in a professional way, they never respond. I’m thinking the negative reviews are right; this is a MLM scam; there were 32 people in the room (including me) with the hiring manager who was describing there company what I already researched, there is only base pay but 100% commission, etc. The fact nobody was organized and only lied is what makes me sus. Awful company; got my hopes up for nothing and only wasted my time.

I did an online interview that briefed multiple people about the job position, and then in breakout rooms, we had individual meetings where we were given a definite yes or no.

the interview process is really easy, it's basically paying attention and listening to what they have to say about the process. it's also easy because there really nice and understanding.

Zoom meeting, assessment about the position and then a call where they ask you some questions in interview mode, then after a few minutes you get a response on whether you got it or not

Fast pace , Working as a team on each interview but exciting , They give plenty of opportunities for you to get in contact with your manager in case you miss anything in the interview

The environment seems promising, but it is definitely dodgy. Maybe I did not stay long enough, but it did not feel right at all. I think they will accept anyone.

They were brief and asked simple questions about my portfolio. I had to explain and review all my work and say my thought process for each project. After that, I got to ask some questions to hear a little bit more about the company and the culture.

Went into a virtual room on apex, couldn't see other applicants, but could only see your interviewer. Afterwards had a one on one and was accepted. It was very easy
