I applied online and was later invited to have a phone interview. As someone currently employed, I carefully reviewed my schedule to find a time when I knew I would be available and could step out of my office for a call. After waiting 10 minutes I was rather annoyed and emailed the interviewer (not given a phone number). He claimed he called me multiple times and that it went straight to voicemail. Even if that is true, leave a voicemail. He offered to reschedule but I took the lack of punctuality as an indicator of problems ahead if I eventually took the job and decided to look elsewhere.
