I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Veeva Systems (London, England)
Interview
Recruiter reached out and then conducted an initial interview which was more of a screening process. Completed a second interview with a director with common competency questions and situational judgment tests. It was a positive experience and the recruiters were very friendly. I was then invited for a case study presentation. This takes roughly 20-30 hours to complete as you had to learn to use the software and then do a one hour presentation. This kind of put me off the process and I then unfortunately accepted another offer at a boutique consulting firm. If the case study presentation was changed so it did not take up more than 10 hours then Veeva Systems will be able to attract and retain top talent.

Question 1
Why Veeva? What’s your greatest achievement? Why are you a good fit for Veeva? Tell me a time where you worked in a team to achieve a goal? And other typical competency and behavioural questions.
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
